Anna Arkadyevna

also: Анна Аркадьевна

The woman with whom V. V. Bilibin had recently begun a new domestic life as of this letter; Chekhov approves and welcomes the arrangement "with a light heart" and sends her his regards. Not otherwise documented in this corpus beyond this letter, and distinct from the unrelated "Anna Arkadyevna" of the 1886 Golike circle in Petersburg; the shared name is coincidental.
