Korit

also: Корит

An unidentified figure named alongside the actress Glama-Meshcherskaya and the actor Solovtsov in Ivan Shcheglov's continued grievances over the flop of his play "The Summer Husband" at Korsh's theater; given the company he keeps here, most plausibly another actor or figure connected to the production, but not otherwise attested in this corpus. Distinct from (Fyodor Korsh, the Moscow theater manager, Russian "Корш") despite the superficial similarity of the Latin transliteration "Korit"/"Korsh" -- the Russian forms ("Корит" vs. "Корш") are unrelated, and the two must not be conflated.
