FICTIONAL ALIAS, not a separate real character: "Съеловой" ("Syelova") is an invented married surname the narrator gives Zinochka on the prescription -- his own private joke within the story (the root suggests being "eaten," a nod to the bedbugs), never used by any other character to address her, and not to be confused with or catalogued as a distinct person from Zinochka.
