A servant or household girl in Elena Shavrova's employ, named only by the diminutive "Shura," about whom Shavrova had evidently complained to Chekhov; he advises her to be merciless and dismiss the girl outright ("Out with her! Completely out!"). No further identifying information survives.

"Вон ее! Совершенно вон!" -- a doubled imperative of dismissal, translated at full peremptory force. Shura appears to be a servant or household girl in Shavrova's employ about whom she had evidently complained to Chekhov; no further identifying information survives, and the advice is ordinary period household-management brusqueness rather than a sensitivity item.
