To F. A. Kumanin, 13 February 1891. Moscow.
Ф. А. КУМАНИНУ, 13 февраля 1891 г. Москва.
Headnote
Chekhov sends Kumanin a letter he has received from Dmitry Vasilyevich Grigorovich (, already established in this corpus), on the express condition that Kumanin return it to him. No further content beyond the closing wish ("Keep well") and signature. The letter gives no indication of why Kumanin would want or need to see Grigorovich’s letter; presumably a matter of shared literary business between the two men, left unstated.
Addressed to Fyodor Alexandrovich Kumanin (1855-1896), editor of the Moscow literary-artistic journal Artist, founded in 1889 – already established in this corpus as. Reuse that entity.
