"Blessed is he who was young in his youth"

blazhen kto smolodu

also: блажен, кто смолоду был молод

A line echoing Pushkin's Eugene Onegin (8.10), "Blessed is he who was young in his youth"; Ivan Nikitich garbles this beloved literary tag into drunken wedding-toast bathos, attributing it only to 'a great poet.'
