Bogolepov, identified only as Suvorin's "shop" assistant ("магазинного Боголепова") -- presumably a clerk at Suvorin's Petersburg bookshop. Reported alongside an unnamed railway-station clerk as the source of Chekhov's information that his own story collection "Stories" has sold out. New to the corpus in this letter; not further identified.
