I. Gitovich, credited for a different span of months (October-December 1888 and July-December 1889).

The volume's closing division of editorial labor: N. I. Gitovich and I. Ye. Gitovich (two separate editors sharing a surname, distinguished by given-name initial, each responsible for different month-spans) prepared the bulk of the letters and notes, while three further editors -- V. P. Nechayev, M. P. Grielskaya, and A. V. Khamilo -- each prepared a small named set of individual letters, including letter No. 750 (this letter to Kondratyev), prepared by Nechayev.
