Owner of a 400-desyatina estate near Bogimovo, in three parcels, that Chekhov describes pricing out for Suvorin -- asking 35 thousand roubles for the whole, but willing to let the 150-desyatina core parcel (with the manor house and mill the two had evidently visited together) go for 23 thousand, or 20 at the outside; otherwise unidentified.
