Alexander Alexandrovich, known as Sasik

Sasik

also: Александр Александрович, Сасик

A figure in or connected to the Lensky household, addressed here with a mock-grandiose flourish ("the most pious, most autocratic Alexander Alexandrovich") echoing formal address to a tsar, paired with the diminutive pet-name "Sasik." Not identifiable with confidence from this letter alone -- most plausibly a family member (a young son) or a household pet of the Lenskys, but the joke's precise target is left unresolved rather than force-identified.
