Zhigin

The district uryadnik (rural police constable) whom Prishibeyev assaulted; in his testimony Prishibeyev recounts badgering Zhigin over the unreported drowned body and being enraged when Zhigin observed that such matters are not within the Justice of the Peace's jurisdiction.
