Obolensky
Leonid Obolensky's laudatory article "Chekhov and Korolenko," first run in the December 1886 issue of Russkoye Bogatstvo, had evidently just been reissued as a standalone pamphlet; Chekhov, with studied nonchalance, asks his brother to send a copy only if it happens to turn up.

Leonid Obolensky, the Russkoye Bogatstvo critic who had praised Chekhov over Korolenko in an earlier article -- the same comparison Chekhov worries about in this letter's opening.
