The building on Malaya Dmitrovka in Moscow, named for its owner/landlord Firgang, where the Chekhov family lived in late 1890; given as part of the delivery address on Chekhov's December 1890 arrival telegram to his sister.

The Chekhov family's Moscow address at this date, previously identified in (December 1890). Volkov's money office on Kuznetsky Most, near the well-known Glazunov bookshop, is not otherwise identified in the corpus; the detail that it pays out without requiring identification is offered as a practical aside for Yezhov, not as commentary on the office itself.
