Vestnik Yevropy

"Vestnik Yevropy"

also: Вестник Европы, Herald of Europe, Messenger of Europe

A major St. Petersburg literary and political monthly ("Herald/Messenger of Europe"), named twice in this letter: once as one of the items in a parcel of books sent to Suvorin, and once as the better-paying journal Chekhov says he would have written for instead of Severny Vestnik, had he foreseen the latter's collapse.
