The pretender who claimed to be Tsarevich Dmitry, the youngest son of Ivan the Terrible believed murdered in childhood, and used that claim to seize the Russian throne in 1605; the speaking role in the monologue from Pushkin's "Boris Godunov" that Svetlovidov recites.
